The wide variety of Ferrarini Matured Raw Hams is produced in our plants in Lesignano de’ Bagni, on the banks of the River Parma, opposite Langhirano, the town renowned worldwide for its Parma Ham. Raw material rigorously and scrupulously selected by breeders who understand the value of care and correct feeding.
The slow, patient maturing process in our cellars, where the humidity and temperature are constantly monitored using innovative technologies based on patents designed and registered by Ferrarini, give our raw hams the unmistakeable aroma recognized by our experts.
