Tartuflanghe – Freeze-dried Red Shrimps
Tartuflanghe from the sea, new freeze-dried product in powder with red shrimps. Once your dish is cooked, dress it with some olive oil or butter or any sauce you like and then sprinkle the shrimp in powder on top, as a tasty finishing. This freeze-dried powder is delicious on short pasta and spaghetti, fish and meat carpaccio or tartare, fish fillets, shellfish and fish soups.
