Since 1948, our truffles have told the story of ”Tenuta San Pietro a Pettine”. Travelling beyond the boundaries of Umbrian tradition, matching the creativity of the best chefs, and igniting the wonder of the most discerning palates. We will leave the privilege of telling their story to them, while we continue the work we’ve been doing for three generations: loving what we do. Located between Assisi and Spoleto (Italy), Tenuta di San Pietro a Pettine was named after the rural Romanesque church that stands on the property. Upon these uncontaminated lands, and with the profound spirituality that surrounds them, I founded my home and the San Pietro a Pettine Farm, where for reasons of the heart, it would be impossible to establish the boundaries between one and the other.

Space Truffle is a revolution. Innovative and one of a kind. An unconventional truffle dressing that, thanks to the squeezer, becomes a truly smart product due to its speed of use and precision in application. Space Truffle is bittersweet, in line with the trend of world cuisine, the acid note increases salivation and returns for a long time between the taste buds. The sweet taste is given by the balsamic vinegar glaze, Agave syrup and honey. It has an excellent percentage of truffle grains (clearly visible) which gives prestige, taste and olfactory perception to the product, a feature that allows its low incidence in the food cost of the dishes in which it is used. It is kept in the fridge only after opening and in this case it maintains its organoleptic characteristics for over a month from the first use.
