I Contadini – Taralli Classici
Taralli are small, ring-shaped Italian snack crackers from the Puglia region, similar to breadsticks but crunchier, made from flour, olive oil, and wine, and can be savory (like with fennel or pepper) or sweet. They are typically boiled and then baked, giving them a unique texture, and are enjoyed as a snack, with wine, or as part of an antipasto platter.
